ITIL background and/or certifications

Strong technology background with an understanding of implementing technical solutions and architectures.

Must possess strong knowledge of application and infrastructure architectures in wide variety of fields such as information security, disaster recovery, change and release management

Candidate must have experience in understanding and working within a complex infrastructure and working with a diverse group of stakeholders including business operations and IT.

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
