• Immediate authorization to work in the US
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
• 4+ years relevant experience in Java development
• Solid understanding of JEE 6 Web Service and design experience, preferably in WebSphere, IBM Integration Bus, and/or IBM MQ.
• Experience with XML and data conversion
• Solid database skills in MS SQL Server T-SQL
• Clear, concise and succinct communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task by managing time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• WebSphere experience preferred
• .Net, WCF, and .Net service integration experience preferred
• Past experience working on public sector projects
