Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of business analyst work experience, primarily with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with SQL Developer (or similar tool) extracting data or troubleshooting issues.
• Related business skills, reporting experience and experience using Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Preferred work experience in IT/Technical Services, HR and Finance organizations.
• Experience with troubleshooting issues, testing and use cases.
• Ability to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, and execute activities.
Demonstrates strong public speaking and presentation skills
