• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the design, configuration and maintenance of EMC hardware.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the design, configuration and maintenance of NetApp hardware.

Skills:

• Experienced in VMAX and VPLEX architectures, storage provisioning, and decommissioning processes.
• Experienced in FC zoning in Brocade DCX switches.
• Experienced in NetApp OnTap 7 and 8 architectures, storage provisioning, and decommissioning processes.
• Knowledge of Data Protection architectures, tools, and solutions

Required experience

• Experience with Thin and Zero Client hardware required

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.

• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

• May require an associate's degree in a related area and at least 3years of experience in the field or in a related area.
