Description:

• ICM Call Routing/Development
  Configuration: Create DNs, CallTypes, Services, SkillGroups, EnterpriseSkillGroups, Teams, Agent
• Desktop settings.
  Scripting: Develop the call flows to route calls to various lines of business per the business’ routing
• CVP Studio Applications expected in the near future (nice to have)
• Assist Platform Development (ICM) team
• On-Call Rotation
