Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound efforts across multiple channels.
This is a pure hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on activity, rejection, and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in driving revenue by booking qualified meetings with decision-makers in B2B SaaS companies. You have to be a phone beast, since most of the time you'll be making cold calls.

Responsibilites

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls 70%, email 15% and LinkedIn 15%). 
  • Generate near to 7-8 qualified meetings per month.
  • Build and manage outbound sequences with automation tools.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts in B2B SaaS Companies. 
  • Qualify leads based on ICP and business needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and founders on messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking.
  • Continuously optimize outreach performance.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment (MUST). 
  • Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales (MUST). 
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, dialers, and outbound platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1+ preferred).
  • Comfortable with high activity metrics and performance targets
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
