Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in outbound sales and enjoys connecting talent with companies that need it.

This role is primarily sales-focused, with responsibility for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and pitching qualified candidate profiles to decision makers at SaaS and technology companies. You will identify companies that are actively hiring and introduce them to pre-vetted candidates from our recruiting team.

While this role supports recruiting efforts, the core function is outbound sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable making 100+ cold calls per day, running email campaigns, and turning hiring needs into new client opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the IT recruiting sector.

Responsibilites

  • Identify companies actively hiring through LinkedIn, job boards, and other prospecting tools.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to hiring managers, founders, and HR leaders.
  • Pitch qualified candidate profiles ("selling resumes") to decision makers who are hiring technical talent.
  • Generate new business opportunities for the CEO and recruiting team.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and position them effectively to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hiring companies within HubSpot CRM.
  • Track all outreach activities, including calls, emails, and conversations in HubSpot.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to match candidate profiles with companies that have hiring needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach and meeting generation targets.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally within an IT recruiting agency, staffing firm, or B2B services environment.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and high volume outbound prospecting (80-100+ calls per day).
  • Experience selling recruiting services, candidate profiles, or staffing solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to identify companies hiring for technical roles using LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems to manage pipeline and outreach.
  • English proficiency is required (minimum C1 level).
  • Comfortable working in a startup-style, high-performance environment where targets and priorities evolve.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote role.
  • Reliable computer and fast internet connection required.
