Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the overall configuration, daily administration, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This critical role is key to guaranteeing system reliability, maintaining data integrity, and delivering a positive user experience across various teams.

Responsibilities:

  •  Manage daily user requests including user setup, permissions, layouts, and field updates.
  •  Create and maintain reports, dashboards, page layouts, and flows directly from the CRM. 
  •  Monitor data quality, perform bulk updates/imports, and ensure data hygiene.
  •  Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  •  Document processes, workflows, and platform changes.
  •  Coordinate with Salesforce developers or architects for escalations or enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
• Strong knowledge and HANDS-ON EXP of Salesforce Lightning and standard CRM objects.
Hands-on experience with flows, reporting, and access control using Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to support fast-paced sales or marketing-driven teams.
• Fluent English proficiency.
