This is an exciting Sales, Marketing, and Admin work Position where you will work closely with the Founder-CEO and Leadership team of an exciting HealthTech startup, and be a piviotal person to help grow our company. You must live in Colombia (preferrably Medellin, Colombia) and speak and write great English for this role. You can work fully remotely for this position.

You’ll be working with some of the most exciting HealthTech IT Services Company – these are companies on the rise, solving real problems, building cutting-edge tools, and changing the world.

We’re looking for a proactive, sales & marketing-savvy Executive Assistant based in Colombia to support a Founder-CEO of an exciting technology startup that's growing fast and making an impact in the world.

This isn’t a sales role — you won’t be carrying a quota or doing cold calls. Instead, you’ll be working closely with a Founder-CEO to enable growth. You’ll help our Founder-CEO stay organized, meet with him daily, keep sales and marketing programs running smoothly, manage his calendar, inbox, help him build documents and assist with outreach and follow-ups that drive real results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Marketing Enablement

  • Assist or execute sales and marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Build marketing content (presentations, docs, social posts).
  • Run campaigns on platforms like Dripify, SalesHandy, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and help deliver sales content (pitch decks, proposals, SOW, agreements).
  • Help create and manage outreach campaigns.

Admin & Executive Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Manage Gmail and LinkedIn inboxes for executives.
  • Do short projects or conduct online research.
  • Support meetings with prep and follow-ups.
  • Keep internal reports and documentation up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • You MUST have an extremely strong work ethic, organizational skills and be willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Sales and marketing support experience is a MUST – you’ve done Linkedin outreach to book metings, social media, blogs, or other sales and marketing tasks.
  • Strong task management, written and verbal English skills – C1 or above.
  • 1–3+ years of experience supporting executives or working in fast-paced environments.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, love figuring things out and coming up with solutions to problems.
  • You’ve used (or are comfortable learning) tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Dripify, SalesHandy, LinkedIn, Canva, CRMs, etc.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with founders or small teams.
  • Familiarity with the world of SaaS, startups, or sales enablement.
