Unleashed (Potentials in Motion) is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Computer Lab Attendant & Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the computer lab operations and conducting training sessions in Basic Computer Usage, Microsoft Office Suite, Graphic Design, Website Designing, and Computer Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Management and maintenance of the computer lab equipment and software.
• Assist lab users with technical issues and provide guidance as needed.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Basic Computer Usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Graphic Design, Website Designing, Computer Maintenance and Artificial Intelligence.
• Create and update training materials and resources to ensure effective learning.
• Monitor and assess trainees' progress, providing feedback and support.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in relevant technologies and software.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance training programs and lab services.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding and proficiency in Basic Computer Usage and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and Website Designing (e.g., HTML, CSS, WordPress).
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in teaching or training will be an advantage.
• A passion for technology and a desire to help others learn.
