Job Description: Do you possess the passion and expertise to drive impactful change? We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Program Manager to lead our initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing programs that drive positive transformation in our communities.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for our empowerment programs, aligning them with our mission and goals.

2. Project Management: Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.

3. Team Management: Lead and mentor program teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth among team members.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, and community stakeholders to support program objectives.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure program impact and effectiveness.

6. Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to stakeholders, demonstrating the achievements and impact of our initiatives.

7. Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.

Qualifications: Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong project management abilities, including budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
