The Finance Assistant is responsible for processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. This role will work with confidential information on a regular basis and provide high-level administrative support. Minimum +2 years of Financial / Accounting experience a must.

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
• Payable tracking: handling invoices, preparation for payment
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable process
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
• Managing banking relationships
• Cooperate with external Accountant firm
• Transition of all information from an external agency
• Support for budgetary control
• Registration of Travel expenses
• Participate in annual audits

• Minimum +2 years’ experience working in Finance/accounting area
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and Hungarian with good communication skills
• Reliable and precise personality
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills are very important
• Must have strong IT skills in order to manage transition of data/ familiar with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Has experience in full accounting and tax returns, payroll is an advantage
• Kulcs-Soft or other invoicing system knowledge is a benefit
