Job Description

Working closely with and reporting directly to the CMO, a Campaign Manager is the liaison between sales and marketing for UNLEASH America event, responsible for continuing the relationship with our delegates for the event to ensure sales has qualified customers to attend the event. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Research background on customers via social platforms, search engines, etc
  • Manage UNLEASH sales campaigns and ensure marketing agency and sales are aligned on promotions and targets 
  • Maintain and constantly deepen knowledge of our products to be able to provide all the necessary information to the customers
  • Manage weekly reports across sales and marketing; shift strategy as needed to ensure everyone records in Salesforce and Pardot; report on new findings and meet with London and Amsterdam event teams to share lessons and learnings
  • Develop and maintain customer database following Salesforce Guidelines and rules
Role is not subject to only working on UNLEASH America event once show is complete; other opportunities may be available across the organization, depending on team openings and bandwidth, include UNLEASH Amsterdam event, Innovation/Start up Group, etc 

You will need to work later shifts for UNLEASH AMERICA show: from 1 pm till 21 pm including 1 hour break.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience in customer success related positions from 1 year
  • Proven analytical and research skills: knowledge of modern tools and technics (e.i. LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce)
  • Accurate, precise, competitive and results-driven personality
  • Passion for communication and a desire to build a prominent career within change the world for the greater good business
