Job Description

As International Sales Manager in our high performing Sponsorship team will be responsible to liaise directly with CEOs, Founders, GMs and Global Heads of Marketing of the World's Top Solution Providers and Startups in HR Technology to provide them with an unparalleled community to generate leads, close deals, establish partnerships and create brand awareness across Europe and North America (London, Paris, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Las Vegas)!

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must have the following special qualities surrounding Business Development and Key Account Management:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of global market trends and needs of Fortune 1000/B2B enterprise market, Key solution providers and Startups in Human Resources Technology and Future of Work
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Have great character and confidence
  • Acquire new businesses and exceptionally grow existing accounts to consistent revenue-generating client base, show-to-show and year-on-year
  • Mastery of current product offerings *sponsorship packages*, develop the same to tailor-make to client requirements and create additional product portfolio in the process
  • Impressive track-record on delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrate high-level of integrity in carrying out customer-relationship management tasks to clients from contracting to pre-intra-post show delivery
  • Fluent/Native English Speaker – both oral and written
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales/business development experience
  • Sincere, trustworthy and a natural networker

Your internal role within the company encompasses the following:

  • Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Production and Finance Departments
  • Manage the preparation of service documentations ie. Sponsorship Contractual Agreements
  • Prove to be a valuable team-player while being able to work autonomously
  • Contribute to ideation and strategy planning on team meetings
  • Report directly to Sponsorship Director
