We're looking for a reliable and professional RN to complete assessments, skilled nursing visits and complete supervisory tasks.

1. Conducting and documenting Admissions/ Sup Visits
2. Conducting and documenting Skilled Nursing Visits
3. Minimal Office Duties

1. Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing

2. Current state license as an RN

3. Proof of current CPR certification 

4. Compassionate, friendly demeanor 

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Current driver’s license and reliable transportation 

7. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
