Home Care Agency looking for reliable and professional RN to handle the administrative/supervisory tasks related to providing in-home services as well as manage a small individual case load of clients.

Work at least 30 hours/week 

Patient chart audits to ensure compliance

Coordinate and facilitate In-services and Proxy Caregiver Trainings

Attend PSA Provider Meetings

Review and sign aide time sheets

Review submitted nurse paperwork to ensure compliance

Conduct aide skills check

Recruit new nurses (RNs and LPNs)

Handle any and all tasks related to nursing and tasks given by management (ie, care plans, prior auths, completion of 485s etc)

Provide in-home assessments, supervisory visits and skilled nursing visits (when needed) in the following counties: Douglas, Cobb, Carroll, Paulding, Polk, Bartow, Rockdale, Clayton, Henry and Fayette

Must be a RN
