365Outdoors is an online seller of childresns toys and outdoor heating and cooking products
Owing to rapid expansion - we require someone part time with an immediate start to provide daily online and telephone support to customer enquiries. whilst the number of enquiries to date is not large -the role needs to be fulfilled and in a professional manner - number of enquiries typically is around 20-30 per day max.
We are seeking an experienced customer – focused administrator to join our busy team.
We are looking for an individual who can be relied on to provide administrative support to ensure every customer receives excellent service.
This position will involve working at the companies branch in Wiveliscombe dealing with various aspects of the role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
General admin duties
Filing, Invoicing ·Data entry ·Using excel spreadsheets
Dealing with customers enquiries
Online and telephone interaction with customers
The candidate:
Proven experience working in a similar role
·Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
·Ability to work under pressure with little supervision
·Computer literacy essential especially Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
·Have the ability to learn quickly
