Job Description

The salary for this role is £26,156. Onsite working is expected for 5 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working. 

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) , including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data. 

The Role

As Training Development and Recruitment Administrator, you will provide timely, efficient and professional administrative support to the TDR team and to staff across the Tritium Fuel Cycle division.  You'll support the Training, Development and Recruitment Team in the delivery of training, development, and recruitment activities and provide general administrative support to staff across TFC Division by arranging meetings, events, catering, and outreach opportunities; Booking travel, accommodation, and conference registration; Supporting recruitment process by arranging interviews, meeting and greeting candidates, and onboarding and Uploading information to the TFC website

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitor training and outreach requests working with the TDR team to facilitate and schedule training sessions efficiently.
  • Maintain and update accurate records and databases (E.g Training, APS, Recruitment, Evaluation and Outreach spreadsheets, SharePoint, ARM Risk Register, Info Asset Register, Form 70)
  • Represent and promote TFC’s innovative offerings and technical specialisms both internally and externally (E.g Attend careers fairs with another member of the TDR team, check in delegates for courses)

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate discrete and professional approach
  • Good IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to cope with multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately
  • Previous demonstrable administrative experience
