The Account Servicing Representative will handle all aspects of inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner for the purpose of responding to account inquiries and recovering funds on past due accounts.

• Provide effective customer service and collection efforts for clients as well as provide back up for other representatives as requested/designated by management.
• Provides quality customer service by having the ability to answer inquiries regarding accounts.
• Initiates outbound calls to delinquent customers to collect payment on accounts due.
• Motivate customer to make payment arrangements, as directed by client.
• Provides effective communication cross departmentally.
• Maintain documentation and accurate records to contribute to regulatory compliance and department efficiency.
• Perform all duties in compliance with client and company work standards and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Rate of pay: $12-$13/hour**

• Must be willing to under go pre-employment drug screen and background check
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• High School Diploma required
• Knowledge of basic computer operations, typing speed 45 wpm
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal communication
