Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Suspension Parts Sales Representative to grow sales and strengthen relationships across our customer base. This role works closely with key suppliers and internal product management, sales, and operations teams to execute product strategies, deliver effective product training, and provide expert support to customers including truck fleets, installers, manufacturers, spring shops, and associated stores.

Salary Range: $77,000 – $96,200 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

  • Represent and promote suspension-part products from key suppliers to drive sales growth.
  • Partner with the Product Management team to effectively execute product strategies and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct well-prepared customer presentations, site visits, and training sessions for truck fleets, installers, manufacturers, spring shops, and associated stores.
  • Develop and deliver product and category training for Sales and Operations team members, including Sales Representatives, Territory Managers, and Parts Specialists, as well as members of the management team.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Knowledge of the heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket industry.
  • Extensive technical expertise in truck suspension parts.
  • Understanding of truck and trailer operating systems.
  • Fleet maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Canada and USA.
