Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain business within the heavy vehicle parts market. This role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within the Mississauga, ON and surrounding area.
Salary Range: $58,900 – $73,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with fleet, commercial, and repair customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell heavy vehicle parts to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide product recommendations.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate within guidelines, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (heavy-duty or automotive parts preferred).
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle parts considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.
