Job Description
NAPA Priority Centre-Edmonton team members take pride in delivering outstanding customer service! Share your passion for helping customers by becoming the voice of our store. Join a friendly, resourceful team that provides expert advice and support over the phone!

In this key role, you will:
• Assist customers over the phone by advising them on vehicle parts and accessories
• Process orders accurately and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommend relevant parts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
• Excellent phone etiquette, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment
• Diploma in automotive parts sales and/or prior automotive parts experience (an asset)
