Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager – PBE to support and grow our presence across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe. As we continue to strengthen our market position and drive growth within the collision industry.
In this role you would be responsible for:
- This role is focused on MSO (Multi-Shop Operator) and Major Accounts;
- Actively prospect and secure new major accounts within the collision and paint segment;
- Partner with regional teams to manage renewals and ensure account success;
- Strengthen existing relationships and identify growth opportunities within current accounts;
- Remaining highly active and visible in the market.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Proven sales experience with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on sales environments;
- Strongly connected within the collision industry and paint & body shop network;
- Professional, driven, and relationship-focused;
- Experience working with major accounts or MSOs is highly preferred.
