Job Description

***This is a contract position for a maternity leave replacement.***

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team, based at our head office in the East end of Montreal.

As part of a dynamic team of five talent acquisition specialists, you will play a key role in identifying and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across the organization.

This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, where managing multiple requisitions simultaneously is essential. You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of roles and must demonstrate agility, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to effectively meet business needs within tight timelines.

While recruitment will represent a significant portion of your responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to various talent acquisition projects and initiatives aligned with our People & Culture strategic plan and your professional aspirations.

Qualifications

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is truly passionate about recruitment and building meaningful relationships.

You have at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume environment, and have demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

You have a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships, enabling you to identify, attract, and engage a dynamic talent community to support our current and future hiring needs.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, as you will collaborate regularly with colleagues across Canada.

Your proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and creativity will be key assets in developing innovative and effective strategies to attract and recruit exceptional talent.
