Job Description

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, and in collaboration with the Workday Functional Analyst, Global Compensation, you will support members of the Global Compensation team with respect to the use of the Workday HRIS, specifically for the Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules. You will contribute to optimizing processes by mastering various business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The challenges awaiting you:

  • Participate in testing activities for functionalities and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the team, as well as to Workday end users, for all matters related to benefits and absences, including updating technical process documentation.
  • Act as the key resource to validate required reports and support the team in using them.
  • Ensure data integrity across all programs offered.
  • Perform validations to minimize errors that could impact employees’ total compensation.
  • Process and analyze certain complex transactions/events.
  • Prepare billing for our affiliated stores and for our group insurance programs.
  • Produce statistics for the team and certain vendors.

Qualifications

You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing benefits and absences in Workday. You are also recognized for:

  • Your ability to synthesize ideas and communicate them effectively in both French and English as you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada;
  • Your strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks while remaining productive and efficient in a dynamic environment;
  • Your analytical mindset and ability to propose creative solutions; and
  • Education in information technology and/or benefits administration (asset).
