Our Sales Department at NAPA is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for direct prospecting and acquiring mechanical workshops within their assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospects based on NAPA’s value proposition and with an annual purchase volume exceeding $100,000
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, purchasing behavior, and NAPA’s ability to meet those needs
- Support and actively manage new customers during a transition period to build strong relationships before transferring them to the Account Development Specialist
- Drive sales growth during the onboarding phase
- Track and report sales activities, appointments, and results through the CRM
- Effectively plan sales activities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Bilingual in French and English, as you will collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada
- Experience in the automotive parts industry is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to cover a large territory (Ottawa – Maritimes)
