Job Description

As a Staff ML Modeler, you’ll be one of the company’s most senior individual contributors in the fields of deep learning and computer vision. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing and training production-ready machine learning models that solve some of the toughest and most exciting media problems Twitter has to offer. The models you build will be closely integrated into production services in collaboration with Software Engineers and will have a high degree of real world impact in domain spaces such as revenue, recommendations, and health. 

Qualifications

  • Masters or PhD. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other highly quantitative fields.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures background Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and techniques.
  • 8+ years of experience in Applied Machine Learning or similar Previous programming experience, preferably Python.
  • Previous experience working with ML Frameworks (f.i. Tensorflow, Pytorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with computer vision is ideal.
  • Experience with Deep Learning and/or audio processing is a plus.
  • Experience with high-volume production ML systems is a plus.
