Job Description
The Customers Central Operations team partners with XFN teams and senior business leaders to drive high-impact, centralized processes, programs, and projects that create standardized excellence and align with our global strategic priorities across our sales organization.
Core responsibilities:
Support the Central Operations team on strategic processes and projects
Lead and program manage strategic initiatives from ideation to execution
Build and maintain solid partnerships with internal teams to better develop, coordinate, and facilitate strategic communications and programming
Help develop and execute internal comms strategy for the Customers org
Support change management efforts
Organize, design and facilitate org wide presentations and events (organization all hands meetings, forums, recognition and awards)
Plan and manage variety of team events and forums that stretch across virtual and in-person formats
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years experience in operations or program/project management
Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated and detail-minded
Comfortable working in ambiguity with a desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Experience in working with Sr. stakeholders
Ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships and work with senior stakeholders
Experience building communication plans and executing against them
Great writing and editing skills with a keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail
Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to present, listen and influence others
Ability to identify and steer global initiatives and programming
Excellence in all areas of strategy development, including project management, problem-solving, executive communication, and consensus-building
