Job Description:
Twitter is seeking a Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM & CIAM), to lead a strategic and operational team of engineers. Build and execute the strategy and vision both within Information Security and cross-functionally to all departments within Twitter, by building strong partnerships, collaboration and alignment across all levels of management. Set KRs and KPIs, deliver on key initiatives and programs, and drive operational accountability and efficiency while serving the entire company. Work collaboratively with Product and Program Managers to maintain existing enterprise IAM capabilities and create new solutions to increase security and privacy.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
Lead a direct and matrixed team of engineers, architects, program and product managers, to define and deliver a strategy that reduces IAM risk while promoting efficient processes and security and privacy by default where possible
Partner with IT and other cross-functional Leadership to deliver on a strategic set of programs that mature IAM capabilities and promote Security successes, standard methodologies, and significant value proposition internally and externally
Build, improve, and/or maintain a suite of IAM products, processes, and services on behalf of the enterprise
Drive and report on Key Results and Key Performance Indicators associated with IAM to provide transparency, reduce risk, and exceed business objectives
Serve as the subject matter expert on all efforts related to IAM including its regulatory controls, roadmap, and operational processes.
Engage with HR, finance, and procurement partners to maximize organizational capabilities while maintaining budgets
Develop and encourage strategic change and business transformation efforts
Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence
Partner across Twitter to understand customer requirements and challenges while addressing and educating on company risks related to IAM
Education and Experience:
BA/BS
Enterprise & customer-level Identity & Access Management experience
10+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
Extensive knowledge of technologies such as SailPoint and Okta
Experience with Identity & Access Management in cloud platforms
Direct experience in providing leadership and execution of Identity and Access management in fast-paced, complex and emergent technology environments
Knowledge of technology trends and best practices
Experience working with auditors and compliance teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels
