Join the Twitter Healthy Interactions Team! We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to help build and support Healthy interactions on Twitter. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll work with team members who are passionate about building a platform that allows every person on the planet to participate safely in the public conversation. We believe that freedom of expression is a fundamental right; we also know that violence, harassment and other similar types of abusive behaviors discourage people from expressing themselves freely. We invest in models, features and processes to keep the people who use Twitter safe.

The Healthy interactions team consists of Product managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, Researchers, and Program managers. We are supported by a variety of partner teams. Specifically, you will work closely with Operations, Platform teams, Site Policy, Legal, Security, and Privacy. We are passionate about our mission to support safe participation in the public conversation and excited to bring our next Program manager on board.
What You'll Do:
Be a cross-functional champion for Healthy Interactions
Support the design, creation, and rollout of key initiatives that deliver best in class experiences for Twitter and its users.
Identify and implement operational improvements to improve our product development and team processes
Partner with engineering, policy, operations and other teams to review and track project lifecycles.
Communicate the project/team statuses and progress, help manage dependencies and stakeholder expectations
Identify opportunities and implement projects that create and contribute to reducing harm on Twitter
Qualifications
- Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, but shows excellent judgment about when to look to managers and teammates for guidance, and when and how to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Team player with a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships.
Detail and process oriented and enjoy problem solving.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Thrives in ambiguity and gets things done!
Experienced at influencing diverse partners and driving accountability and decision making across teams
Solution-oriented, growth mindset and energy generator
Requirements:
6-8+ years of work experience in program management
Experience managing projects and roadmaps in JIRA
Proven experience driving projects and initiatives with technical and non-technical teams in highly regulated environments
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce results.
Experience managing, organizing, and coordinating projects and process-improvements in a program.
