Job Description
The Business Integrity Operations team is charged with ensuring a high-quality and safe user experience with ads, protecting the company from legal and reputational risk, and removing roadblocks for genuine advertisers to transact freely on the platform.
We do this by implementing scalable and effective policy enforcement solutions. As the manager for Business Integrity Operations’ global Ads Integrity team, you will lead a team of five individual contributors that devise enforcement strategy and solutions for Twitter’s Ads Policies.
You will be at the forefront of the most cutting-edge developments happening in this space, and you’ll need to ensure we’re equipped to execute.
You will work hand-in-hand with cross-functional leaders to drive Twitter’s Ads Integrity efforts forward.
You must be an experienced problem solver adept at crisis management, a collaborative and passionate natural leader, and someone who can influence a cross-functional team with competing priorities. Perhaps most importantly, you must be able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment where no two days are the same!
Responsibilities
- Coach and support a globally distributed team of program managers responsible for devising strategy, processes, and solutions to scale the enforcement of Ads Policies in their respective regions
- Form relationships with Operations, Trust & Safety, Sales, Product and Engineering leaders globally to ensure the teams are in lockstep and you understand the needs
- Establish goals and metrics that help the team, organization, and company drive progress across Ads Integrity and rigorously prioritize what’s most impactful
- Work with your team to proactively identify areas of risk and opportunities to minimize friction for our customers
- Influence Product and Engineering on systems, tools, and logic to improve health measures for Twitter Ads Build domain expertise in your area and present to executive-level audiences internally and externally
- Translate data into meaningful insights and business opportunities

Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of proven experience in operations, policy, or customer-facing roles
- 2 years of people manager experience ideally
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to influence at senior levels Ability to work productively in a fast-moving, cross-functional, and often ambiguous environment
- Extremely detail oriented with an ability and affinity for understanding the nuances of Twitter’s company-wide health work Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive audiences
- Focused, self motivated, and proactive in building relationships and pursuing opportunities
- Highly analytical and capable of using data to make decisions Spanish language proficiency a plus
