Job Description

Twitter is seeking a Senior Information Security Technical Program Manager to lead strategic programs. Information Security has built a long-term strategy to deliver security products and solutions to the organization, and we need someone to lead one of these major areas through difficulty, outstanding communication, relationship building, and clarity. This person will be responsible for ensuring all Key Results (KRs) are documented and reported. Build the rigor and report on the health of the entire program and the projects within it including accomplishments, targets, blockers, and risks in a consistent and consumable manner. Bring awareness to financial and resource needs to fulfill the planned strategy. Act as a key partner and driver on the outreach, marketing, and communications initiative to show leadership and brand impact around Twitter security initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Partner with technical leads and drivers to deliver on a strategic set of projects under your program in order to integrate security into every critical business process through creating security successes, standard methodologies, and significant value propositions both internally and externally.
  • Partner across the Information Security organization to provide high value program and project management support for critical programs
  • Drive and report on key metrics associated with these projects to provide transparency, reduce risk, and exceed business objectives
  • Capture and provide vital information about your program for business, operational, and strategic reviews
  • Engage with other S&O partners to drive consistency and standard methodologies across the portfolio
  • Act as a key liaison representing the Information Security organization and our strategic direction with partner teams
  • Encourage and be a change agent for strategic growth and business transformation efforts
  • Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to complete large-scale projects and programs
  • Direct experience in providing leadership and execution of program management in fast-paced, sophisticated and emergent technology environments
  • Experience in Information Security a plus
  • Project management certifications such as PMP or CSM a plus
