The SMB Global Marketing team builds customer lifecycle programs leveraging the web, email, paid and other Martech solutions to educate small and medium-size businesses on the value of Twitter Ads and other Twitter business solutions. Our goal is to help customers understand how to grow their business with Twitter by investing in the right strategies and organic and paid Twitter solutions.

Job Description

This role will help develop online acquisition strategy and execution for Twitter's SMB solutions. Your primary role is helping to develop and run GTM initiatives in support of Twitter's self-serve revenue products. You will be part of a small integrated marketing team and you will partner cross-functionally with the Global and Regional SMB Marketing team, The Global Self Serve commercial team, and Product Marketing and Technical teams to conceptualize and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of our self-serve products.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and run global campaigns to attract customers to Twitter's self-serve advertising products.

  • Using a data-driven approach, create global campaigns and digital activations to engage and nurture and acquire new advertisers.

  • Help define campaign objectives, audience segmentation, strategies/tactics, assets, creative deliverables, project schedules, and KPIs

  • Work closely with SMB Marketing, Global Self Serve and Product Marketing to guide content strategy, development, and promotion via owned and paid channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance to guide strategy and communicate results to broader team and stakeholders

  • Write creative briefs and collaborate with the global and regional marketing teams to develop the overall strategy and tactics to improve online acquisition.

  • Engage cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to meet growth targets and measure impact

Qualifications

You have experience marketing digital consumer or business solutions on growth or performance oriented teams. You're creative, and mission-driven. You're comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure the team can fully execute ambitious go to market campaigns and evergreen customer acquisition programs. You are personable, outgoing and empathetic and you enjoy collaborating across teams.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a history of executing growth strategies in B2B or consumer internet companies that acquire customers online

  • Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights

  • Familiar and comfortable with performance tracking, measurement, attribution

  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, specifically with Product, Data Science, Engineering and Marketing

  • Highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to glean clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders

  • A global perspective and empathy for our customers and regional marketing partners, ideally based on experience working with international teams

  • Organized, motivated and thorough with strong attention to detail and process discipline

  • A growth mentality, including both the ability to guide and explain as well as learn and take initiative
