Job Description

Twitter is seeking a Product Manager to join our Regulatory Compliance product team within our Trust & Safety organization. The Regulatory Compliance group focuses on building key backend and user-facing product experiences that support our efforts to comply with global regulation. This team will be working to build scalable, sustainable and well thought through product solutions to solve complex problems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end product strategy related to key regulations and driving execution on key functionality that supports our content moderation and online safety efforts. This work is highly strategic, requires systems’ thinking and a deep understanding of both the Twitter product and the unique contexts from which regulation and government requests emerge. We are looking for experienced product professionals who enjoy developing both horizontal and vertical product strategies, who thrive in a global dynamic environment and who enjoy cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a strong product leader in the online safety space, have experience working on policy-informed projects in highly cross functional environments, and have a demonstrated interest in the intersection of product development and global regulation.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years' experience of delivering consumer or B2B products and a deep understanding of online safety systems

  • A proven understanding and experience building policies and legal requirements into products.

  • Experience building an organization's regulatory infrastructure into the products it builds.

  • Experience embedding legal requirements into product development.

  • Experience overseeing the strategy and execution of large cross-team projects, where you had to enroll several teams to execute against a specific product vision

  • A dedication to keeping the customer at the center of all product and design decisions that are made to improve the overall experience.

  • A working understanding of engineering and technical depth that lets you partner with—and earn the respect of—world-class engineers.

  • You are able to lead numerous projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and time constraints.
