Job Description

We’re seeking an outstanding Product Manager to help build the future of shopping on Twitter. You will be responsible for delivering solutions that help make it easy for merchants to showcase their goods in novel ways that are unique to Twitter — and to make conversations about products more useful to the entire Twitter community. This will involve the development and execution of a product roadmap — from improving existing products to building new zero-to-one solutions as business and customer needs evolve.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and implement a bold product strategy and roadmap that improve the end-to-end purchase journey for people on Twitter and deliver step function changes in value for our merchants.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, research, product marketing and more to define and deliver new features, grow adoption, and generate demand.
  • Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, sales feedback, and competitive analysis to make decisions on which improvements and new product ideas will deliver customer benefits and business growth.

You will have the ability to impact millions of shoppers and merchants of all sizes on Twitter, on a global scale.

Qualifications

  • You have demonstrated ability delivering and growing consumer facing products from the ground up in the e-commerce space
  • You have an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • You have experience working in startups or on highly ambitious zero-to-one projects.
  • You have a solid understanding of engineering and technical depth that lets you understand and earn the respect of world-class engineers.
  • You have a strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making.
  • You have a computer science or engineering background, or experience being the product lead for a highly technical team.
  • You have 5+ years of product management experience or related industry experience.
