What You'll Do

  • Support a roster of 10-15 up-front accounts that may change quarter by quarter.
  • Build out the robust account and vertical goals in Brasil, setting processes and plans to activate and ensure quarterly revenue goals are met.
  • Partner with Twitter Client Partners to strengthen top-tier client relationships through regular engagement, including identifying opportunities for new clients.
  • Collaborate with the client, agencies, and within the GCP and Sales organization and drive business results both with short-term campaign opportunities, proactive ideas/pitches, as well as longer-term, strategic business proposals.
  • Have full knowledge of internal partners capabilities. Can translate that knowledge into solutions for customers.
  • Serve as project lead for the entire pitching process: finding opportunities with Client Partners; responding to requests from clients or Client Partners; coordinating ideas; content strategy; and pricing into presentations for clients.
  • Incorporate a culture of accountability for project organization, pipeline planning, and meeting project goals.
  • Build both scalable and creative and custom Twitter first ideas (and organize them into presentations) that provide best practices for content on Twitter, tied to a media strategy.
  • Understand and continually hone knowledge of the creator marketplace and landscape.
  • Be an inspiring leader and content expert for advertisers and internal partners (such as Client Partners), including how to effectively partner with content creators and best practices through ArtHouse.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are a content expert for Twitter's customers, with a proven track record to lead a dedicated book of business consisting of both up-front accounts as well as "growth" accounts, consistently growing accounts - over a period of consecutive quarters or years.

You will serve as DRI for Vertical & Sector leads to build consistent narratives around "Designing Content that is effective and that connects to Twitter's community, culture and conversation" to TCS and GCP partners internally - activating them as evangelists and equipping them to pitch ArtHouse at scale.

  • A passion for Twitter, creators, and content strategy.
  • Proven track record to prioritize and prioritizing multiple initiatives, projects, and constantly evolving priorities.
  • An eye for effective creativity.
  • Experience in social, content, and marketing strategy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (internal/external).
  • Experience in building effective content programs at scale
  • Experience in overseeing video and photo content requirements and consulting on content deliverables across a campaign lifecycle.
  • Experience leading and managing clients, accounts, and teams of people.
  • Team player, with the ability to build internal networks to accomplish goals through teamwork across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable with presenting to diverse audiences, in both small or large groups.
  • Proficient computer skills (Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Word, Excel).
