Who We Are

The Revenue Policy team is dedicated to enabling policy compliant revenue through innovative approaches while mitigating risk to Twitter and its brand. You will develop a deep understanding of the Revenue Policy’s charter and team. You will design the infrastructure for proper project and strategic planning, prioritization, and tracking, as well as capacity planning.

You will represent Revenue Policy’s perspective while engaging with other Trust & Safety stakeholders and you will contribute to support broader Trust & Safety initiatives.

What You’ll Do

You Will:

  • Cultivate partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally with appropriate cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Engage with Trust & Safety project and program managers to share roadmaps and projects, identify opportunities for collaboration, and help communicate a unified Trust & Safety strategy.
  • Partner with Revenue Policy Regional Heads to track projects and ensure they are driven to completion, providing updates, including potential blockers, and other key developments.
  • Drive and optimize Revenue Policy’s planning process quarterly and yearly.
  • Track Revenue Policy Team budget.
  • Improve time management and work allocation systems for managers to leverage.
  • Create and track project progress for Revenue Policy objectives and key results (OKRs) utilizing JIRA in order to communicate timely and relevant updates about team priorities, projects, and developments to stakeholders within the team, department, and company.
  • Create templates and standards that streamline communications between teammates and stakeholders to meet deadlines, produce necessary work products, and achieve team goals.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Continuously evaluate and propose improvements for existing processes, working closely with teammates and Revenue Policy management.
  • Manage team access permissions and related issues
  • Lead/support team and cross functional retrospective reviews on strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain Revenue Policy’s knowledge management systems and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 7-8+ years experience working on relevant issues, preferably at an internet or technology company
  • Advanced knowledge of JIRA (or similar project management tools). Proficiency with other widely-used business systems and tools, such as Confluence.
