Job Description
In this role, you will partner with product and sales leaders to develop portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools and will lead the go-to-market strategy. As a business technology manager, you will be responsible for identifying key internal sales tooling opportunities as well as product prioritization decisions on behalf of the Sales organization. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the advertising landscape and understands how salespeople, agencies and businesses within the digital advertising ecosystem measure advertising performance.
Responsibilities:
Identify internal sales tooling opportunities through customer interviews and qualitative and quantitative analysis
Work closely with product management, technical program managers, and engineering teams to deliver world-class products, including driving prioritization decisions
Produce market assessments including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and product requirements
Manage product alphas and betas to direct product refinements and identify critical customer needs that must be met by the product in order to launch
Lead the development of product positioning, materials, and training for sales
Develop the go-to-market strategy for product releases across multiple Twitter teams, and be able to execute those plans
Partner with sales leadership to set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our internal tooling solutions
Qualifications
6+ years experience in digital technology, advertising technology or relevant fields
Experience gathering and analyzing customer and market feedback, translating this information into requirements and functional specifications
Experience setting product priorities and managing and communicating tradeoffs
Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, data science and research functions
BS/BA preferred, in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Computer Sciences

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$146,000.00 - USD$204,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
