Job Description

To make this possible, we serve as a key advisor to the Business Development and Ad Research teams; and are not afraid to fiercely advocate on behalf of Twitter’s revenue products business. We draft and negotiate strategic, data-driven partnerships with partners across the advertising ecosystem to grow Twitter’s revenue products business globally, at scale. We work closely with and/or advise a variety of cross-functional teams on strategic legal, business, product and policy decisions, and are passionate about the law and growing our business in a way that makes us proud.

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage a variety of standard and bespoke technology transaction agreements (inbound and outbound) with partners in the online advertising ecosystem and other related offerings, related to data use, privacy, licensing, and intellectual property

  • Deliver timely, clear, actionable, pragmatic, strategic, and business-forward legal guidance to your clients and stakeholders across the organization with an emphasis on starting from a place of “yes”

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and manage legal issues and risks during all stages of product/partnership development, and embed with those teams to monitor updates and be an advocate for your clients on legal implications (or otherwise) as the product/partnership evolves

  • Review and advise on marketing, comms and sales materials

  • Respond promptly to legal requests from Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales and other cross-functional client groups

  • Form strong relationships through collaboration with stakeholders across the organization

  • Build and/or improve standard form agreements and legal processes that scale globally
