Job Description
What You'll Do
Sales Relationship Management
- Create and maintain trust with marketing decision makers and agency clients
- Provide excellent client service and steward internal resources to meet client needs
- Collaborate with top advertisers to understand their objectives and consult on social and media strategy that drives measurable business results
- Educate clients and agency partners on why and how to use Twitter’s advertising products in the most effective way to grow existing business partnerships
- Lead joint business partnerships, upfronts, quarterly business reviews and learning agendas
Lead Book of Business
- Set strategy and lead annual and quarterly planning for account growth
- Identify and prioritize campaign opportunities
- Lead QBRs, sales pitches, RFPs and relationship mapping
- Know your revenue numbers and manage forecasting and pipelining
- Partner with an account manager to identify, create and implement marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
- Provide feedback to Twitter’s product and internal tools teams to help us scale our services and advertising platform
Marketing Expertise
- Become expert in clients business and brand objectives
- Position Twitter as a business solution that aligns with strategic priorities and goals
- Learn and become fluent in Twitter’s product suite and their roles to meet client objectives
- Create consultative sales presentations to show how Twitter’s advertising products can be used to connect with their customers

Who You Are
You are a highly motivated, strategic and experienced sales professional and are a clear verbal and written communicator. You bring marketing and relationship management experience to the table and are always eager to learn and have the drive and tenacity to win, even in the face of complexity or challenges.
Qualifications
- 8 - 12 years of media sales, digital or marketing for Fortune 500 advertisers
- Must have strong understanding of digital marketplace and competitive landscape in which we operate
- Ability to develop and grow a book of business
- Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication and persuasion
- Experience managing senior relationships at brands and agencies
- Demonstrated ability communicating numbers, projections and revenue trends with accuracy
- Experience with Powerpoint and/or Keynote designing effective visual storytelling
- Demonstrated experience presenting ideas and simplifying complex topics in both writing, slides and in verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict
- Preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
- Experience working with Financial Services advertisers is nice to have but not required
- Experience as a Twitter user and knowledge of Twitter’s ad products
- BA / BS degree
