What You’ll Do:

Twitter seeks a goal-oriented, focused person to join our Legal Policy team and help keep our legal process operations organized and on track. You will focus on information requests from around the world.  If you're detail-oriented, dedicated, analytical, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, apply today!

 

  • You will handle global information requests, including document intake and processing. 

  • You will work closely with Legal Policy team members in Ireland, San Francisco and Singapore on prioritizing requests and making the team’s operations more consistent. 

  • You will join on an on-call rotation, working closely with other members of Legal Policy to provide timely responses to emergency requests from all over the world.

  • Experience in reviewing, documenting, and tracking legal requests is preferred. You will be responsible for supporting your team in making sure requests are processed and tracked in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking; extremely detail-oriented

  • Specific experience working with information requests

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills 

  • Passion and enthusiasm for protecting user privacy and freedom of expression

  • Perseverance, determination, and grit; a stand out colleague

  • Ability to work on repetitive tasks

  • Complete fluency in English

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese is required

  • Availability to work on weekends (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)


 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in a legal operations, litigation support, or Trust & Safety role at a tech company or equivalent experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$76,000.00 - USD$100,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
