Job Description

Twitter is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager that can bring operational excellence to a lean marketing team within a growth area of our business. Reporting to the Lead Global Partner Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate for this role will evaluate and recommend implementation plans, then execute them with close attention to detail. This person is constantly optimizing for efficient methods of working, an excellent collaborator, and is a successful multi-tasker.


What You’ll Do

  • Package and maintain integrated marketing tools across web, collateral, presentations and websites, with an eye towards corporate branding in tone, look and feel.

  • Project manage localization of materials with our dedicated translation team and regional team members.

  • Support the execution of email marketing & social marketing plans.

  • Document and project manage creative development with an outside agency.

  • Own promotional material production and distribution across the global team, and drive the annual holiday gifting strategy. 

  • Represent the MTP Marketing team in ad hoc cross-functional initiatives.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to execute our marketing plan.

  • Report on the status of deliverables, identifying roadblocks, and recommending strategies to overcome them.

Requirements 

 

  • BA/BS in Business Administration

  • General understanding of partner ecosystems. 

  • 3-5+ years experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Advertising/Marketing technology, Partner marketing.
