Job Description
As the People Analytics Team’s Planning and Operations Program Manager, you will work closely with the Director of People Analytics and the People Analytics Team Leads to run the day to day operations of the team. You will also help to drive long-term planning and the team’s management strategy. Your responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for the People Analytics Team when it comes to work projects, due dates, and potential partnerships.
- Conduct requirements gathering for project details, scope, resources, timeline, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans which include a mix of high level briefs as well as operational tasks and project milestones.
- Closely monitor project progress and dependencies to ensure on-time deliverables.
- Lead the creation of the annual People Analytics Team roadmap, partner with cross-functional program managers to ensure roadmap alignment, and provide regular status updates on progress throughout the year.
- Design and maintain the team’s work intake process, and review all incoming work for roadmap consideration.
- Create and maintain a strategic stakeholder engagement plan in which you frequently and regularly communicate with stakeholders about project updates, next steps, needs, and any associated risks.
- Over communicate with the team and cross-functional stakeholders alike to be sure everyone is clear on expectations, requirements, contingencies, and deliverables.
- Act as a project manager for highly visible and high-impact projects.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate Team Weekly meetings, project specific workstream initiatives, and quarterly team offsites (in person or virtual) .
- Lead team onboarding for all new hires to the team.
- Lead training sessions on various People Analytics tools and research as needed.
- Partner with Finance and the People Team to prepare and maintain budget estimates and team spend reports.
- Participate in RFPs for any new People Analytics tools / technology.
- Support with basic analysis.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with project or program management in which you worked on cross-functional and highly visible / high stakes work projects or workstreams. Project or program management certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak to technical and less technical audiences of varying organizational levels.
- Experience within People Analytics internally at a fast paced company or as part of a consulting team focused on employee analysis, assessment, and/or HR processes.
- Knowledge of Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Experience with People Analytics tools (such as Tableau, Visier, survey vendors, etc.) a plus.

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$128,000.00 - USD$179,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
