You’ll build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Policy, Operations and many other partners to transform forward-thinking ideas into specific feature launches. This is an area where you can define industry-leading best practices and have a direct impact on the quality of conversations and engagement on Twitter.
Qualifications
You might be the ideal candidate if:
You have a demonstrated history of delivering consumer products (2+ years), and a strong understanding of online platform health and safety.
You work effectively across disciplines, and you are able to influence and align diverse cross-functional partners behind a clear product vision and strategy.
You make nuanced product decisions, taking into account the immense diversity that is inherent in a large, active, global community.
You facilitate thoughtful and constructive conversations between members of your team, as well as with other members of leadership.
You enjoy making difficult things happen and solving the many challenges along the way.
You are patient, determined, flexible, and open-minded.
You have unimpeachable ethics and excellent judgment.
