Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help build the future of Twitter’s Home Timeline. In this role, you’ll drive efforts to personalize Home based on what each customer is interested in — helping them to continuously discover fresh, exciting content and meaningfully connect them to the people and topics they care about. You’ll work with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to launch new features for hundreds of millions of customers.

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Build a deep understanding of our different types of customers and their needs that Home can serve.
Identify opportunities for our product to better serve those customer needs and work with data science, research, and engineering partners to craft, test, and launch new features to select and rank the most relevant content for every customer’s timeline.
Set the pace for shipping world-class product features that delight our customers and contribute to our company’s most important goals.
Qualifications
Who You Are
2+ years of product management or relevant experience
Have a track record of shipping highly personalized consumer products at scale
Experience launching machine learning or ranking / relevance products preferred
A strong quantitative skill-set with a dedication to rigorous data driven experimentation and decision-making
Demonstrated experience in building successful cross-functional partnerships and successfully navigating complex stakeholder environments
Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced environment
