We are seeking a motivated leader for our treasury operations team. As head of treasury operations, you will manage global cash liquidity, intercompany settlements, FX, and banking relationships.

• Lead and develop a high-performing treasury operations team
• Build a proactive partnership with the broader Finance team, working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify and optimize liquidity needs in addition to supporting ad hoc requests and projects
• Manage Twitter's foreign currency risk including recommending hedging strategies and enhancing our existing FX hedging program 
• Oversee global cash operations, including bank account structure, liquidity planning, and intercompany settlements
• Collaborate with treasury's fixed income and capital markets team on funding requirements, including investments in MMF
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with global banks and financial service providers
• Ensure compliance with internal controls while supporting internal and external audit requirements, including SOX and SEC financial reporting
• Assist with management of global insurance program including annual insurance renewal process

• 10-15 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance, with at least 7 years in Treasury or related field
• 2 plus years of people management experience 
• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong preference for degrees in accounting or finance, MBA, CFA, or CTP is a plus
• Prior banking relationship management experience a must with a strong knowledge of bank products
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables and drive to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly explain treasury transactions to multiple business partners (including international teams) and assist with general treasury-related inquiries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Treasury Management Systems is a plus
