Job Description

As a Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be a member of the Global TwitterNext operations team and looked to as a leader in the organization.

 

TwitterNext works with the platform’s most sophisticated advertisers and their agencies to build creative marketing activations. Our mission is to create human-centric ideas worth talking about by helping marketers drive outsized impact and attention through creative solutions, custom technology, and strategic planning.

 

In this role, you will own all core business operations for your stakeholders, including planning, tracking and tooling automation. You will tackle a variety of strategic projects ranging from: developing resource allocation models, designing org structure and operating model frameworks, supporting strategic go-to-market plans, conducting product/market opportunity assessments and more. Your job will also include in-depth quantitative analysis of operating metrics with particular focus on problem solving and creating scaled systems and processes. You will work very closely with Senior Sales leaders in the Operations and Sales teams to quickly understand issues and implement solutions.

 

The ideal candidate is deeply analytical and detailed-oriented, while capable of structuring problems to thrive in ambiguity. Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Participates as part of the TwitterNext leadership team, facilitating key decisions and driving execution across the team

  • Communicates priorities, activities, and results to the larger org, while ensuring deliverables are met. Has a strong pulse and feedback loop on the team needs

  • Drives operational cadence of the business, including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against OKRs and leading annual and quarterly planning

  • Identifies and leads ad hoc strategic projects - everything from defining new opportunities to defining revenue uplift measurement - to improve team efficiencies and launch efforts to scale standard methodologies across the global TwitterNext team

  • Represents TwitterNext as key liaison in coordinating with other internal planning functions (e.g. Finance, Product, Accounting, HR, etc.) 

  • Participates and steers global initiatives as appropriate and ensures that these are properly rolled out to every region

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of work experience with a technology company or in the digital advertising industry

  • Deep experience with sales and business operations required 

  • Strong business analyst, demonstrating success in uncovering and building business cases for new growth opportunities, as well as recognizing threats to a business. Ability to apply effective financial and analytical frameworks

  • Proven excellence in all areas of strategy development, including project management, problem-solving, executive communication, consensus building, data manipulation and execution

  • Proven ability to lead through influence and strong potential as a future leader. Proven results working with senior leaders, while having the emotional intelligence to be effective cross-functionally

  • Able to operate in an unstructured, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Must have the ability to filter out noise to address highest priorities

  • Clear and precise communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manipulate large, complex data sets, and familiarity with SQL or any other form of database querying language

  • Experience building dashboards using a data visualization tool for executive level stakeholders (Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc)

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in media and marketing at an agency, platform, publisher, and/or brand; and with creative digital media programs

  • Global experience is a strong plus

You will become the COO to the business leaders you partner with and execute towards their short-term and long-term business goals through strategic and operational initiatives. You will independently identify issues, solve problems, and with enthusiasm drive solutions - people come to you when they have a tough problem.
