Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager of Tech Learning Programs to join the Twitter University team to help scale the engineering learning programs to better serve our distributed engineering teams in the US, EMEA, and APAC. This role is critical to Twitter's diversification initiatives to enable employees to work from anywhere.
What You’ll Do
Lead a high-performing team of learning program managers. Coach and mentor a globally dispersed team of learning program managers focusing on continuous career growth, performance improvement, and development.
Drive accountability of the TWU roadmap programs and OKRs. Establish processes that enable the program managers to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional engineering partners.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels and establish a regular cadence of a feedback loop, ensuring that stakeholders are regularly informed on the program milestones while ensuring priorities are met.
Prioritize stakeholder and customer requests and develop trusting relationships with partners and customers across the engineering organization.
Collaborate closely with TWU instructors and keep them informed of program engagement and stakeholder feedback with the goal to improve and adjust program objectives and curriculum iteratively, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and impactful learning products are shipped on time.
Create cohesive and scalable processes that help establish a clear change management mindset and influence the TWU program managers to make strategic choices keeping our assets and programs up-to-date.
Design a well-articulated program assessment framework that helps measure program-level impact, learner engagement, outcome, and overall quality of program content and delivery
Partner with other leads in L&D leads to learn cross-functional learning engagements and seek partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
2-3 yrs of experience managing a team of globally dispersed senior and junior learning program managers.
Experience with managing global tech learning operations team.
5+ years of experience running global learning programs for technical audiences.
Experience with communicating with senior cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
Experience with translating a broad strategic goal into actionable operational milestones that help drive results across the organization
Experience with online adult education pedagogy and curriculum design, including a deep understanding of best practices as related to adult/cognitive learning theory, assessment design, interactivity, and measuring the efficacy of learning outcomes;
Experience managing or administering LMS and Content Management Systems.
PMP certification is preferred.

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$146,000.00 - USD$204,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
