Job Description
As a Data Analyst on Twitter Developer Platform, you play a large role in translating customer data into digestible metrics and dashboards, which enables us to answer the most critical and fundamental business questions.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate customer data into digestible, business-user-friendly reporting.
- Build and maintain reporting, such as automated views of organizational OKRs and KPIs for product releases.
- Play a role in launching these dashboards/reports to the organization, and addressing usability questions
- Conduct analysis to understand trends in key metrics and communicate insights to business and product partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a data analytics role with advanced SQL skills.
- Experience in dash-boarding and data visualization. Familiarity with Looker is a plus.
- Storytelling skills - ability to present data and analysis so that they're digestible and actionable
- BA/BS degree with a quantitative focus (computer science, business analytics, etc.)
