Job Description

As a People Analytics Tools Specialist, you will help the People Analytics team and our stakeholders get the most out of the tools we use every day so we can meet our goals and deliver on our strategy. Your focus will be on managing the daily operations in our data visualization, survey, and reporting tools. Your responsibilities include:

  • Configure and manage data access and permissioning of sensitive and non-sensitive employee and candidate data across People Analytics tools for our key stakeholders.
  • Support our partners with ad hoc reporting, troubleshooting issues, and answering FAQs so they have the people data and insights they need to drive business outcomes. 
  • Assist in onboarding new users, developing training materials, and documenting best practices and guidelines for our stakeholders. 
  • Manage the programming, configuration, and testing of surveys and other data collection methods. 
  • Partner closely with our People Systems and IT teams on implementing new tools and maintaining current tools.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with our external vendors to make sure we are up to date on the latest releases, updates and outages. 
  • Stay on top of the latest innovations in HR tools and technologies when it comes to survey, data visualization, and data sharing spaces.
     

Qualifications

  • 2+ years working as part of a People Analytics, Systems, or Operations team at a global company.
  • Experience providing support for relevant People Analytics tools such as employee survey platforms (Glint and Medallia preferred) and people data visualization tools (Tableau and Visier preferred).
  • Experience with HR data and reporting requests from HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems. 
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners such as People Systems, IT, Procurement, Data Privacy, and Legal on implementing new tools.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to translate complex or technical information into simple, easy to understand language. 
  • Experience training others on how to appropriately use People Analytics tools, a plus.
